Terms & Conditions – Enlearn

1. Service Overview

• Enlearn provides digital business pages (online visiting cards) hosted on our platform.

• These pages help businesses showcase services, contact details, and online presence.

2. Pricing

• Monthly Plan: ₹249/month + ₹499 one-time setup fee

• Yearly Plan: ₹1999/year (no setup fee)

• All payments are advance and mandatory for activation.

3. Delivery

• Page setup is completed within 2–4 working days after receiving full details.

4. Changes Policy

Included:1 minor update per month (both plans)

Free Minor Changes:

• Phone, email, address

• Small text edits

Paid Major Changes (₹199 per request):

• Image updates

• Section changes

• Layout/design updates

• Unused updates do not carry forward.

5. Content Responsibility

• Client must provide accurate and authorized content.

• Enlearn is not responsible for incorrect or misleading information.

6. Custom Services

• Additional services (website, automation, etc.) are offered at custom pricing after discussion.

7. Renewal

• Services remain active only with timely renewal.

• Non-payment may lead to page suspension or removal.

8. No Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable.

9. Ownership

• Pages are hosted under Enlearn domain.

• Platform design and structure remain under Enlearn control.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Enlearn is not responsible for:

  • Business losses

  • Lead generation outcomes

  • Third-party downtime

11. Updates to Terms

• We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

12. Acceptance

• By using our service, you agree to these terms.
